my profile photo is not floating left?

i have added the code... /**************************** PAGE: ABOUT *****************************/

.profile-photo { float: left; margin: 0 5% 0 0; }

but my profile photo isn't floating to the left?

Hi Emma,

Without seeing your files directly there's a few reasons I can think of for the float not working.

Check that you've correctly applied the class of profile-photo to the photo div and that your CSS file is correctly linked.
