My responsive design doesnt look the same in my desktop or mobile.

Hi there, Im working with a website that if I look it in a resized window in my computer or use responsive tools like screenfly, it would look good. But if I open the website in my Samsung S5 with both the chrome or the custom browser, I have several issues. Is there any way to inspect what is going on using my mobile? Thanks.

I know safari can with iPhones via usb, so it wouldn't surprise me if google supports it through chrome, give it a google.
