my responsive project CMS

i live in Strasbourg France so i will use what i learned to build a website that give information about the city . iam not new to programing but never involved in team work or worked in any company so i need a lot to learn . my project is

strasbourg city information, php &mysql CMS html and css . i made responsive nav with the header image i would be happy if you guys check it out and give some feed back

You've got a good start there.

But the background is a bit slow to load. if you don't want to compromise on resolution, you might consider a progressive or interlaced image format to make the loading seem faster.
