My responsive.css does not work??

I followed what I learned from the video, but it just did not change the background color.

No need to apologize! However, it might be handy to edit your answer to say what you did to fix the problem so others searching the forums can find your solution.

watch out for capital letters. I changed mine to upper case because I titled my page Responsive.css and not responsive.css CASE SENSITIVE! fo sho
