Databases Reporting with SQL Aggregate and Numeric Functions Counting Groups

My returned COUNT(genre) is incorrect, and i can not figure out why. Please let me know what i'm doing wrong.

SELECT genre, COUNT(genre) AS "genre_count" FROM books GROUP BY genre;

Try using COUNT(*) in your query. since you're already selecting Count as a field before it. :-)
