I've followed the how to make a website tutorial and now I have uploaded my page. When i resize the browser on my laptop everything adjusts nice but when I open it on my tablet or phone everything is very little and doesn't change. Any ideas?

Do you have the viewport meta tag in your HTML? It needs to exist in the <head> tags.
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">
