My social media icons are not clickable, when I hover into it, there's this red circle with a diagonal line in it.

I just followed Zac's tutorial and added the social menu. When I added my FB and Instagram links, the icons appeared on the page/menu but they are not clickable. Why is that so?

Can you post a link? It's hard to debug a display issue if there is no link, image, or code.

Hi, thanks for the response. I was able to figure it out. For some reason when I tried to activate the theme 2014, it worked. I went back to the 2017 theme, and it is also now clickable. So it's all working now. Thank you.

This is the codex for the 2014 theme. https://codex.wordpress.org/Twenty_Fourteen As Zac said, it is always wise to check the documentation of a theme when getting started to review what that particular theme offers.
