Hello everyone. I don't know if this is a new update for sublime text 3, but I hate the fact this color is on the right of my sublime text. I have tried to figure it out, but no luck yet. Anyone experiencing this too? Here is the image url https://gyazo.com/c2b11c062b91bec56276a21855708a21

What color scheme are you using? I think that that is the scrollbar for that color-scheme.

22,916 PointsYeah, my bad. Sorry. I meant theme. The color scheme is the color of your fonts etc. The theme is the overal layout. The one you are using isn't monokai. As monokai is the default layout.

8,378 Pointstheme is brogrammer. I think i might have to delete some plugins or themes. This is my first time experiencing this.

22,916 PointsNever seen this as well. I would first sqitch back to your default theme to see if you still have the issue. If so, just re-install the Brogrammer theme if you want to continue to use that.
Edit: I installed the Brogrammer theme to see and it doesn't look like your screenshots. So, like i said. Switch back to another theme. Good chance you will solve the issue.
