My Text Keeps Moving When Resizing My Browser?

Here's my code, .about-us-paragraph p { font-size: 24px; font-family:Cambria, "Hoefler Text", "Liberation Serif", Times, "Times New Roman", serif; color: white; margin-top: 5%;/580px/ margin-right: 0%;/50px/ margin-left: 29%;/80px/ margin-bottom:0px; top:540px; bottom: 0px; left: 0; right: 0px; position: absolute; padding-right: 10px; padding-top: 10px; height: 100%; width: 85%; line-height: normal;

}

It seems like I've tried everything from giving things percentages to switching stuff up. What am I doing wrong?

I think you width:85%; is messing it up. Replace it with this instead:

min-width: 100%;

Now your text will stay put.

I think it has something to do with my other code somehow. Was using a website template to start off with, but thanks for your input.

I figured it out, It was due to the @media screen I made lol.
