My Video is playing very slow and in mute

Hi Using 2 Laptops in one of my Laptop Video is playing slow and I cant here anything

on the video player at the bottom right there are menues of speed of video( looks like clock) check it, it should be x1 and considering sound, have you checked sound on the video player (on the bottom right).

ya i checked all those but still same problem in my laptop#2.... in laptop#1 its running fine
