My WorkSpace console is lagging

I'm on Java objects and my console is lagging horribly. Every input I make is generating a response after 10 secs, at times even later, any solution?

PS:- I have a Dell Inspiron 15R with 8 GB of ram. So I don't think memory is really the issue.

It is odd, check the task manager and see if anything is eating up your memory, also restart your computer if you have to since computers can't be on for a long time without lagging. If the problem persist then try to email teamtreehouse.
