My workspace is not loading! Error: Workspace Timed Out

Help please. This is the error: Workspace timed out. The workspace timed out while starting. Refresh your browser to try again or contact support.

Workspace keeps coming up with an error message that says "Not Authorized" in Firefox and Chrome.
