According to the developer docs

The official way to pronounce “MySQL” is “My Ess Que Ell” (not “my sequel”), but we do not mind if you pronounce it as >“my sequel” or in some other localized way.

I've always pronounced it "My Sequel", but I've never encountered anyone that has a strong preference one way or the other.

I don't know. Find every audio mirror you can. Compare all mirrors.
