MySQL Workbench? Help!

Hello,

I am following the tutorials in Database Foundations by Andrew Chalkley. However, he uses an old version of MySQL Workbench v.5.2.44, whereas I have got version 6.2.5! I have no idea how to use this tool and it is completely different in the videos, I really need some help!

Hello Alex,

I did not use MySQL workbench during this course. I followed along with the workspace provided.

However if you wish to continue with workbench I would recommend either using google or YouTube for some tutorials and pointers. I have found these to be invaluable during my training.

Another good link is: mysqlworkbench.org on the right hand side of the page click the about - tutorial video under pages this will should you how to use it.
