Name of the workspace

The CSS to Sass video shows the top folder in the workspace as Lake Tahoe, but when I create the workspace, the top folder defaults to the name of the video and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it.

So do I put all the files from the Lake-Tahoe folder into a new subfolder or just put it into the default folder?
