42,016 Pointsyour list items are supposed to go inside the unordered list, and that unordered list is supposed to go inside the nav. you currently have your list items inside the nav, and your unordered list is below it
the structure needs to look like this

<li></li>
</ul>
</nav>
whereas before you had
<nav>
<li>Portfolio</li>
<li>About</li>
<li>Contact</li>
</nav>
<ul></ul>
