Does anyone can help ,me to know how to add a logo on the left and float elements to the right

do you only want the logo to appear on your media query or all the time?

no, I want it to appear always, as a block element for mobile devices screens, and on the left side for desktop

Add an image tag with the source of your image above the div with class="nav". Size it to preference in your css. Float the image left and your nav right.
