Navigation

I'm stuck on this one. I don't funny understand root-relative paths. Any help would be appreciated!

Set the "Portfolio" link to navigate to the section of the page with the id portfolio.

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>Portfolio Page</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <img src="../img/logo.png" alt="Site logo">
    <ul>
      <li><a href="/">Home</a></li>
      <li><a href="/#portfolio">Portfolio</a></li>
    </ul>
    <h1 id="portfolio">My Portfolio</h1>
  </body>
</html>

Try without the forward slash

e.g. <li><a href="#portfolio">Portfolio</a></li>
