Navigation Drawer Help

Hello,

I am currently building an app and want to implement the Navigation Drawer from the Android v4 support library. I am reading through the documentation (https://developer.android.com/training/implementing-navigation/nav-drawer.html) and it seems to be over my head. Does anybody have any other good resources for this type of thing? Or maybe Treehouse could do a mini-class about it?

I'd love for Treehoue to do a video lesson on how to manually set one up. The generated files upon creation of a NavBar activity in Android Studio are beyond confusing. They set up some weird things that you don't need....very cluttered.
