Need advice on what to study.

Hello,

I will start working as a junior front end developer in a team that works on a website that has many of the features of Youtube. They are working in vanilla javascript and it's kinf of intimidating thinking of an app so big written in pure javascript. So any readings, links to git or advice on UX, patterns and basically the whole architecture of serving high quality and high speed videos will be very much appreciated.

Thanks, Tudor
