Need animation library

I need a simple javascript animation library which has effects like parallax scrolling, bounce, move, float, etc. Can anyone suggest me one.

I prefer this library: http://ricostacruz.com/jquery.transit/

But please note it is dependent on jQuery, and does not include parallax scrolling (but you can easily find that with a google search).
