need help in while loops

Again im not sure exactly what is being asked here. I am able to add all the numbers of the array in xcode but im missing something here in browser code.

while.swift 
let numbers = [2,8,1,16,4,3,9]
var sum = 0
var counter = 0

// Enter your code below
while counter < 16 {
     counter++
     counter = numbers.reduce(0, combine: +)
}
