need help on master class (challenge task 3 of 3)

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I am getting the error: "Bummer! Try again!"

racecar.py
class RaceCar:
    def __init__(self, laps, color, fuel_remaining, **kwargs):
        self.color = color
        self.fuel_remaining = fuel_remaining
        self.laps = 0

        for key, value in kwargs.items():
            setattr(self, key, value)

    def run_lap(self, length):
        self.fuel_remaining -= length * 0.125
        self.laps += 1

        self.laps = 0 # you need to set it like this  self.laps = laps

What if somebody uses your program after laps =3, it will always start from laps=0 . To avoid such collisions in family lets strangle the fcker laps =0 at the time of birth .
