Need help on radio buttons.. labels..

Hi guys!

Just need some help on the code exercise.. i did what it said,, to add label for the radio buttons.. i dunno what I'm doing wrong. Below is my code..

This should be the final code. I think maybe you added some details you shouldn't which is for another task after you completed the first two maybe. In the question sometimes at the end it says don't add any text yet just the label.
