You look to have added the radio buttons within the select
whereas they should appear after the closing select
tag.
The challenge is asking for you to Add a label above the radio button group that says "Shirt Size:". Don't associate it with any specific element..
Based on that, up to that point your code (from the closing select downwards) should look like this:

<label>Shirt Size:</label>
<input type="radio" id="small" name="shirt_size" value="small">
<input type="radio" id="medium" name="shirt_size" value="medium">
<input type="radio" id="large" name="shirt_size" value="large">
<button type="submit">Place Order</button>
</form>
