iOS Objective-C Basics (Retired) Functional Programming in C Functions

need help with a challenge task

Implement a function named "addTwo" that returns the sum of two floats. The function will accept two float numbers as arguments. It should add the two arguments together, and return the result. (No need to write the main function. Just write out the implementation for the addTwo function.) this is the question I'm asked for the challenge task and this is what i have as an answer

functions.c
float addTwo(float a, float b);
{
float math = 1.114;
float pi = 3.14;

printf("addTwo %f \n", addTwo(math, pi));

return 0;

}

float addTwo(float a, float b) {
return a + b;
}

Hi Daniel,

The second function your have above is exactly what the challenge is asking for.

float addTwo(float a, float b) {
  return a + b;
}

Hope that helps.
