Need Help with dotLESS files ---Azure is not combining/reading the LESS file

I recently built a new website using a template I bought from ThemeForest. While working on it on my local server, it worked just fine. All the images and site worked perfectly. When I uploaded it to our host server (Azure), it seems to have lost all formatting (saved as LESS files). Need some help figuring out what to do. Our website looks atrocious because of it :( (witness the destruction at http://www.wyzerr.com)
