Need help with Tap Gesture Recognizer

UITapGestureRecognizer *tap = [[UITapGestureRecognizer alloc] initWithTarget:self action:@selector(value)]; tap.numberOfTapsRequired = 3; [self addGestureRecognizer:tap];

//The above is my code for the challenge but I haven't figured out what is wrong!

all you need to do is call alloc and init, then set the number of taps. you dont need to use initWithTarget:action or add the gesture recgnizer to the controller

UITapGestureRecognizer *tap = [[UITapGestureRecognizer alloc] init];
tap.numberOfTapsRequired = 3;

Thanks for clarifying! I was looking at the documentation and using the init method listed there.
