need more explanation about "viewport"

need more explanation about "viewport"

We will need more info than that. What do you mean by viewport? in wich video are you?

i mean this meta tag below

It is used to regulate the logical measurements and to scale the browser viewport screen in smartphone browsers. So in your example it will use the whole screen width of the device and scales us to 1 (so it is unscaled)

I'm creating a page where I have used link view port tag in my HTML file. I used media queries as well but the problem is I need to refresh again and again to see the changes? Can you help me on it.
