Need Segue Help!

Hi. I'm wondering, can one connect an image views (which has tap gestures on it) to another view controller with a segue.

I am making an IOS application with 3 image views (each with their own tap gestures). Bellow I will try to illustrate the order of views.

Search Image Button > Search Bar View > Specific School Schools Image Button > School School List -> Specific School Application Image Button > App School List -> Specific School

Once a school is selected from the search bar, that school is added to the list in schools and the list in application.
