Hello I am Rahul from India. I have started the free trial so that I confirm initial satisfaction with the content provided by the Treehouse before I make a full subscription. I personally borrowing a credit card for this courses only. From my personal experience of 7 day free trial I found the following issues.
i) In video the concern person showing some coding use and in test series the coding style is asked quite different
ii) When ever I stuck with a particular test questions it doesn't provide the solution and if I stuck in every stage it will take a year to complete the full content i.e. specifically python. So, actually it quite annoying that every time I have to post it in community and wait for the answers. Is there any solution for quick support?.
iii) If some answer of test questions remains unsolved then it won't let me go to the next section.
Other wise it is quite difficult to learn python as I'm a beginner in coding.
Please help me on the above issues. Because I want to make full subscription for year but if it would be difficult like that then it is impossible for me to begin my coding "python" from this website.
Hoping for a quick reply from Treehouse team

44,957 PointsHi Rahul,
There are only three reasons that you would be stuck on a Code Challenge:
- You haven't (yet) mastered the underlying subject
- You don't understand what the Challenge is asking
- There's something technically wrong — a bug — with the challenge itself
If the issue turns out to be Number 1 or Number 2, you'll find that the Community Forum is filled with tons of students who have already mastered the material and are just itching to help you out. Also, here's a #ProTip: before you post your question to the forum, if you just use the Search functionality of the forum, you'll find that — almost every single time — that someone has already asked your question and received a plethora of answers. This should cut down on the inconvenient wait you're experiencing when you get stuck on a Challenge. But, on the off chance that your impatience gets the better of you, you can just click the Skip button on the Challenge to move on to the next video of the course. And, if you don't want to move on to the next topic before you've mastered the current one, you can always use Google; on a pretty old language like Python, you'll find that the internet contains 100% of the answers you want for 99.9999% of the questions you'll have.
If your issue turns out to be Number 3, you can do all of the above, but you can also email Treehouse Support; from my experience, I can tell you that they respond within one business-day pretty-much every time.
Good luck with your learning ?
