need some assistance with syntax

Ok, so you don't need to put your empty string into a variable, but let's go with it.

You passed the first three challenges, it was the fourth one that required the final "intAsString" String that combines your randomNumber with something to convert it into a String.

You're close, so I would recommend looking at how you set up your last line. Keep what is on the right side, focus on the left. :)
