Need some suggestions :)

Which one I have to learn first, Web Basic or PHP? Need your help guys :), because I want to learn to become a Web Developer.

the output of your PHP code is going to be html, css, javascript. At least a basic grasp of HTML, HTTP is necessary for learning PHP. However, the PHP track does factor in some introductory general web development (and you can take the digital literacy track as well if you're an absolute beginner - doesn't take a lot of time.).
