Need to change the size of boxes on home page...

If you go to the site I'm working on @ http://villa-terrazza.com/2014NewSite I need to change the size of the left green sidebar menu to

width: 270px height: 241px

Also, I need to change the image below it that reads "Furnishing Your Escape" to :

width: 270px height: 104px

Can't seem to find the right classes to adjust. Thanks for any help!

With the Developer Tools from the Browser you can see in wich DIV the width and height is posted. So you can change that easy.
