Nesting issues

I guess my calculations are wrong but I think I am trying to convert h1 and not h1 a, correct?

You should be converting the link inside the h1, so the h1 a. If you use target / context = result, it would be 18px / 24px = 0.75em. So you should set the h1 a to 0.75em.
