New Android Project problems

Hi team.

I'm having difficulties with eclipse. I have downloaded the bundle that is available on the "Android Setup and the Crystal Ball Project" video and my Java is up to date. I go through the whole "Android Application Project", but when I get to the last page - "New Blank Activity, I click on finish, but it goes no further (clicking the button does nothing). The wizard does not complete and I can only either go back or cancel the wizard. In the package explorer I can see the name of the application, but it has no folders and looks nothing like it does on the video.

I've tried reinstalling/re-downloading everything with no luck for nearly 2 days now. I'm on a Mac and downloaded the 64 bit version and initial setup has been done.

If anyone can help I would be grateful.

Thanks all.

Juan

Hi Juan,

Your best bet might be to switch to the Android Development Bundle from Google, available at http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html.

Check out this earlier Forum discussion that talks about using this bundle instead. We actually switch to it in the 2nd Android project: http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
