New Dashboard Page
We're really excited to rollout our new dashboard today, which has been in the works since before the holidays.
The previous version of the dashboard had a number of shortcomings and didn't accomplish what it should, which is give you a bird's-eye view of what you're working on and what your next step should be. Now the dashboard is centered wholly around those two goals.
The new dashboard will show you four lists:
- Your in-progress projects
- Projects you should start next, based on your in-progress and completed projects
- Your in-progress deep dives
- Deep dives you should start next, based on your in-progress and completed deep dives
Some of these progress-centric things have already been incorporated into the library page, but our hope is that the dashboard page will be able to get you started learning right where you left off even quicker.
Hope you like it!
Just noticed the new dashboard, it's a big improvement. The old one was confusing...

Agreed. A welcomed update! Coming to treehouse knowing what I wanted to learn made it easy to navigate, but for someone that doesn't really know what comes next... this is a huge improvement.

The dashboard is great. Liking the activity feed.
The dashboard confused me previously, and other than the new activity feed, I personally won't be using it now either. On the other hand, the Learning Adventures are where it's at for me. I'm currently following the web designer path, and not worrying about what project to move on to next or in what order is huge.
