I'm fresh with programming so now I start with track Digital Literacy after that I planning to continue with the track (learn Java). Now what should I do next? Do I start with the track (Java Web Development) ? And after I finish (Learn Java) could I build something and start with experience and work field?

After finishing Java track I can recommend you to try solve some practical problems for example code katas. You can find some here : http://codekata.com/. I started doing that during the track and it even helped me understand content of the lessons.
