New Video Format.

Since the changes I am unable to watch the videos on a pc. The image is very 'jerky' and the audio and video are often out of synch. I can watch them on a mac but they are not easy on the eye. Is anyone else having these problems?

I got some jerky, choppyness going on too but no audio problems. Win7 and Firefox.
