CSS

Newbie question

I'm having problems with my file name being used in my html doc. Example I download the files grid.css and normalize.css yet the file url I'm inputting isn't creating the change. Normalize.css I understand doesn't really change the doc but the changes from grid.css should. Could someone step me through how to download it and where to put it possibly to make it easier. My Sublime text doesn't look exactly the same as in the video. My left hand side only shows the files open not folders. Thanks in advance

You want to put normalize.css and grid.css in the same folder as your index.html file
