There are some issues:

  1. The selector for the h1 element is simply h1 not <h1>.

  2. CSS does not care much for Non-US English. The property has to be named color not colour.

  3. While not technically an error in this instance since you only have one property, it's worth noting that you generally have to close CSS properties with a ; (semicolon) at the end.
