Ruby

No attr_accessible

Trying to do the RoR Simple app and running into incompatibility issues due to Rails 4.0.0

1 Answer

Rails 4.0 gets rid of attr_accessible in favor of strong variables or whatever it is called. Go into your Gemfile

and make sure this is the version of your rails:

gem 'rails', '3.2.13'

This will ensure compatability with the videos.
