5,390 PointsNo Audio for Slicing Tool video
I am using the latest version of Safari on my 15" rMBP, with 10.8.3 installed. This video (https://teamtreehouse.com/library/websites/photoshop-foundations/slices-save-for-web/the-slice-tool) does not have any audio for some reason. I don't know if it is just my computer, but most likely it is. The reason I'm posting it here though is because audio for everything else is working perfectly. The volume controller is at full blast.
Thanks!
Edit: Clicking the download video button and watching it in the Safari browser works, so it is certainly on your end.
Edit 2: Should have checked this earlier, but it appears that I have the same issue on all the videos.
Edit 3: Switching the videos to play with Flash solves the problem, but still. It isn't a good solution.

Switching the videos to play with Flash solves the problem, but still. It isn't a good solution.
This seems like something that should work natively in HTML5, instead of having use Flash as a workaround.
Can you shoot an email over to help@teamtreehouse.com to report this issue?
Feel free to email the support team directly with any technical issues with the site in lieu of posting them here.

810 PointsI have the same problem with all videos I've watched in website-basic also using Apple 15" rMBP, with 10.8.3. Has a solution been identified for this issue? Thanks.

39,199 PointsThere's a conflict between how Treehouse uses HTML5 video & Perian
You've got a few options on how to workaround this issue:
- You change your Treehouse playback settings to use Flash instead of HTML5.
- Use a different browser
- Uninstall Perian
