No Box Command In Sublime Text 2

I Use Sublime Text 2, It Doesn't Have A Box Command How Can I Build A Box With My Page Inside And A Border Around It???

Place your entire page inside a div and give that div an id or class. Then target that div in CSS and add a border to it. Basically, a div is a container that you can place other elements inside.
