When I save, I don't get a change detected in the command line. Any ideas?

Are you watching the correct directory? sass --watch PATH/TO/DIRECTORY

Yes I am watching my desktop where the file is, and it does create the .css file there. When I type the watch command everything prints the same as in the video, it just doesn't actually do it! I downloaded scout and that does work.
