No code errors but wrong outcome

They are no errors but I'm get results that are outside the two numbers selected. I suspect I may have done the Math.random equation wrong but I don't see how. Please help.

You're very close, but the formula for random number is slightly off. The last number added should be the smaller one of the range (instead of 1):

  alert(Math.floor(Math.random() * (num1 - num2 + 1)) + num2);
// and
  alert(Math.floor(Math.random() * (num2 - num1 + 1)) + num1);

Thanks very much
