I've tried everything, copied and pasted code from working examples, and nothing.

Try changing your folder name CSS to css so it's all lowercase as generally servers such as Apache and nginx are case-sensitive so they ignore folders with the same name but of a different case type.
Hope that helps.

That's the first thing that popped out for me.

5,776 PointsLOL! Gotta love how this stuff gets into your soul (now I understand why programmers look so ragged and unkempt all the time!). I put that question in and KNEW I had to go to sleep...figured I'd look at the answers after I woke up. But I couldn't stop thinking about it so I kept checking! Andrew, thank you for catching that. I did change it, but the site didn't change. Chris, it worked like a charm! I will pay more attention to such details in the future. I hadn't realized that the folder names themselves could also impact the functionality of the programming. Thank you! It's great to have this resource here. You guys were wonderful in getting back to me so soon. NOW...I'm gonna get some sleep! Bobby
