No option to download video.

There isn't any "download" tab bellow the video. How can i download it?

Ps: i'm using Windows and Chrome

You can right-click on it and select 'Save video as...'.

Do you have an example of a video where it doesn't work? I just randomly picked one when I saw your question, so I didn't do a thorough review.

When i click on this option, it save a html file.

Try right-clicking on it while the video is playing. I notice that on that video, it will ask me to save the page as HTML if the video is paused, but ask me to save the video as a WebM file if the video is playing while I right click it. (I'm using Chromium on Windows.)
