No preview available for my picture

I have a .zip picture and it's saying "preview not available" when I try to click on it in my image folder... It also won't show up when I try to implement it into my workspace then preview it. Anybody know a solution?? Thanks!! :(

Hi Marisa,

A .zip file is not a picture, but a (compressed) folder. I think the image might be inside the .zip folder. You can try opening the file on your computer and see what's inside.
