Design Sketch Basics Build a Mobile Interface Layer Styling

No tab bar

Purchased Sketch 3.4.4. When I select iOS UI Design, there are no tabs available to copy and paste. There is a folder called "Tab bar badge." When I click on the folder, in the right-hand margin it says "no symbol."

There are also no visual icons that look like tabs. Any suggestions?

(I'm using a tab strip that has 5 squares with the words "one, two, three...." etc underneath. That's the closest thing I could find in Sketch.) Note: I'm using the "iPhone 6" template since there was no "Portrait 6" option.)

Hi Sherrie,

Sketch, and its templates have been updated since the recording of this course. The tab bar can be found in the middle, towards the bottom of the document, or search "Bottom Bar/Tab Bar" in the search field at the bottom of the layer list.
